Not bad craftsmanship as these are from separate manufacturers and aren't necessarily made to be used in conjunction with each other and have rather perfect fitment as well. But like I said its only viewable from a lower angle like this. It looks flush when viewing at any angle other than this and it's because I was shooting up with the camera.

I'll have more pics up soon to show you, They actually look more balanced together than when someone who has the spats and a painted/wrapped rear valence because the spats stick out in the rear leaving a void to be filled in the center, the rear valence looked "sunken in" until I installed the diffuser.

And thanks for the compliment on the color, love this blue!

It would be awesome if someone made those into a one piece rear lip.

front plate update!!!

Took the Z out to wash it today, Just got my custom plates in yesterday and installed it today with the Stillen front plate bracket before work and took a quick snap in the garage before I put it under the cover. Never had a front plate on this car but I actually like it offset where it is, and for spending $200/yr for these babies, might as well have em on display front and back! I'm really hoping to get my lights done soon, its very high on the list as well as getting the wheels repainted and I might slap on some 10mm spacers all around but still debating, wheels are just a tad sunk in after the drop.

Looking to buy some carbon fiber plate frames now so you won't see the white outline of the plate. Should blend better in the front and the rear I'm undecided as to put CF or get a blank frame and have it paint matched Monterey blue for a cleaner look, open to opinions!

VDC_OFF 11-29-2012 02:32 PM

Cool pic! I plan on doing the same to cover up the white when i get mine.

Dallaz 11-29-2012 05:28 PM

Thanks. Are you going with VDC OFF for the plate or gonna do something different? It'll look good on your white for sure even without the plate frame....

But a little carbon fiber never hurt anybody!

Sorry just saw this. I have been debating between VDC_OFF or the T plate saying T SECRET. I think I may do VDC_OFF after thinking about it for sometime, its just $100 more for the 10 year. Thing is, a future mod will be a carbon fiber amuse rear so I will want it to be all black

Cars torn apart. Ordering the paint to finally paint my headlights. Gloss black housing, Monterey Blue shrouds. No Halo's or LED's, gonna keep it simple.

When I put my bumper back on I will also put on my new carbon fiber license plate frames so you won't see the white outer edge of the Black plate.

Bigviet23 01-18-2013 10:16 PM

I was actually thinking blacking out the headlights was all that you really needed to get done. Good luck with the project
