Ya if anything I wish I would of had more pictures of the process but...


I'm sure it would look good. Go to home depot and grab some plasti dip and if it doesn't look good installed just peel it off. I'm going to redo my front emblem with plasti dip after watching videos on how easy it is cause it has some small chips here and there.

Yes. Just get it started with a tooth pick and it peels right off in one piece. Amazing stuff.

About to go black out my side markers like you did with a slight twist. Going to use plastidip to see how I like it and if i think it looks good I'll go back with the paint like you did.

oh and using the plasti dip isn't the twist, pics to follow in my thread later.

Haha I'm assuming your just going to black out the "Z". Or the edge, one or the other.

Yep, going to try doing the nissan logo the same way as well tomorrow.

It'll be blacked out except for a small band of chrome showing around each letter.

Nice black out on the side blinkers. When are going to black out the eyes? Like your friend fousnismo (not sure if I got that screen name right) but the guy you mentioned earlier with the shorty tips. His looks good. I may be temped to start blacking out stuff...but one thing at a time...first is the overlay black roof. That's if the The Bat ever sends me a sample of his material. Did you mention if your shop that did your overlay would sell the material alone?
