When does your work give you time off?

Well... when you do have some time off you might as well trade that Z in on a Ferrari. lol

KaienZ34 10-07-2011 10:28 AM

I seen that silver nismo in Houma again if your on here hit me up.

mantella87 10-19-2011 10:52 PM

Wheels look good man! Glad you put up a lot of pictures with your silver splitter. I was debating painting mine silver or staying black. Did you notice some orange areas on your previous splitters where the original black finish was faded? I have a couple areas like that on the edges so I'm stuck between just getting a "real" matte black finish or color matching my Brilliant Silver.

TypeOne 10-20-2011 12:07 PM

I love it silver... I don't think I will go back black with it. I've had 3 of them and never noticed any fading... then again they only stuck on the car for like 3 months each at a time.

Love the first picture, one of the best angles of the Z in my opinion.

I agree!

It's really hard to get a proper picture of the color on my wheels. My avatar is the true picture, all other images look.. sort of mag blue-ish.

:excited:

Dude those sway bars rock... I'm like still in shock about how awesome it makes the car feel. The ride is smoother, traction is better, the car feels well planted... it's just awesome.

 I'm definitely getting another set if i get to keep the Z. I was super impressed with the sound of the stock exhaust. I didn't remember it sounding this good. :driving:

Quick list...
Wheels, sways, exhaust, and oil cooler before summer gets here.

Umm... ;-)

Lowered and on stock camber adjustments.

It's actually due for an alignment soon, I will post results when it happens.

Got some cool stuff coming in soon...

I have been wanting to make my own single side exhaust for a while now, so I went ahead and ordered all of the 3 inch stainless pipe, a 3 inch stainless y pipe, vibrant resonator and a 3 inch race muffler.

I'll post pics of the process as soon as I start! Bye Bye stillen CBE!

Juruki 01-25-2012 12:49 PM

hows your stillen lip holding up?

TypeOne 01-25-2012 04:16 PM

I am about to pull trigger on this lip.

Yay or nay? What say you?

haitech 01-26-2012 01:55 AM

He's been through 4, so he keeps coming back to the lip. My assumption is that he loves this lip. lol

With all that money spent on the lip, would that add up to a body kit yet? lol

Love your stance man. How do you like the BC's?

TypeOne 01-26-2012 09:29 AM

I like the lip... it's like the cheapest one out there, so if it gets destroyed, you can afford to get another one. Besides, if I busted a Varis or Top Secret lip I'd never buy anything else. I've spent about $900 on lips ($100 of that was on paint for one of them)

They hold up well, and if you're car isn't as low as mine then you shouldn't have issues. I run over small debris in the road and it just takes them off. I'll be getting another one, painting it silver and maybe get some sideskirts.

Haitech, I love them. The ride is stiffer than stock, but with the Hotchkis sway bars it drives like it's on rails.

I'm thinking about just trying to make my own rear diffuser since I don't think any good ones are every going to be produced.

edub370 01-26-2012 11:38 AM

+ 1 For the stillen lip. i have yet to break mine tho (knocks on wood). its been on for about 6 months
