It's a shame Stillen will prolly not offer the diff cooler to the pub. Like myself I am sure there is a market for it after the oil cooler, a diff cooler only makes sense. Seems like all dem fluids heat up on the track.
The only stickers that need to be on that car are FATHEAD FABRICATION stickers all you other guys did is give a part or two.

I'm not sure yet if we will offer it or not. The only reason that we won't offer it is because it won't be cheap. Our engineers and I were looking at how we want to design it and it's going to be kind of expensive but that's how we want to do it.

Travis, the turn-in on our car isn't sluggish but can feel that way because it does take a fair amount of force to actuallyi turn the wheel, and move those big tires up front around. Is that the sensation you are getting? Either way, -3.5 camber up front should really help with turn in, as well as 1/8th inch of toe out.

Sharif, thanks, I'll try your settings for an upcoming event and report back

I'm planning to post pics of my trailer later this week - will want someone input on how to set it up

On the topic of my non-functioning SRM... the gear select indicator on my gauge panel shows "N" regardless of which gear I'm in... does that provide any clue as to what may be going on? I'm thinking we fried a circuit somewhere...

Sorry to get off topic, what JWT clutch did you put in the car? is the material organic, ceramic, carbon, just curious, I am trying to figure out what clutch to select for my car for the material.

Thanks

I'm running -2.8 and believe I need to bump it up to -3.5 as my outside tire temps are considerably hotter than inside. Turn-in is lightning fast but the steering feel is moderately heavy with 275's up front. Stock caster.

chris, interesting that you're running hotter on the outside... perhaps you're running lower tire temps and 'rolling over' on the tire?? are you talking autocross or road course?

Any complaints? I am thinking of going ceramic or even carbon because I plan to eventually achieve 400-450hp. I really am not a fan of organic from all my motorcycle experiences.

Since some #'s are being thrown out there, I will throw mine in too, though since I was on street tires my #'s may not matter very much.

Stock wheels all 4 corners, BC BR series coilovers with 10k/8k F/R spring rates.

front:
-camber -1.4
-stock caster
-0 toe
-stock tires @ 36.5 psi cold

rear:
-camber -1.1
-0 toe
-Nitto NT05's @ 35 psi cold

Both front and rear tires were 25-30 degrees hotter on the inside, than the outside.

Default Aerodynamics inspiration

Hey Travis, I have been keeping track of your interesting build. I received the new C&D today and they had an interesting article about the aerodynamics of the Ferrari 599XX. I thought you might get some inspiration out of it for your build

I was at a Ferrari sponsored event a couple of weekends ago at Homestead and had a Ferrari tech explain the air spoiler to us. Its pretty awesome...they use air being forced out with vacuums to create an invisible spoiler around the rear end. Its brilliant. Its a pretty cool car...even amidst a sea of FXX's
