It was just a promotion they had going on.
It's not all that great.
1. Free tire rotations that don't apply
2. Free oil changes/filter every 5000 miles (we need every 3000 miles)
3. Free fluides, Steering, Transmission, radiator, brake (not pads or rotors)

I am not sure if it covers fuel system cleaning
