I hear ya .. it is an extreme measure .. but I've been a fan since the early 90's. I've even got Amazing Spiderman #299 (even though the symbiote actually appeared earlier). It was between Venom and Spawn ... I might do Spawn in a few years though .. lol. The nice thing is that this is vinyl work, and thus can be easily removed / changed on a whims notice (expenses pending). Redline does a lot of standard / simple graphics as well .. I think this just shows Justin's versatility, as all that detail is tough to get applied to the curves of the Z.

Actually, I've been pulled over once (speeding) and he asked how it was supposed to be pronounced .. of course I said it was meant to be said like "Tip's Z" ... but I do get a lot of folks who read it as tipsy (which I dont mind either .. lol).

The black chroming process was only $150 per wheel (I know Glenn of Glenn's Wheel Polishing), however I think to the average consumer it would be twice that .. so $300 per wheel is $1200 for the entire package. Again, I got special pricing so it was only $600 to get it done.
How long did it take for them to do the chroming? I really, really like the way they look. I'd seriously consider it at $600, but $1200 is a bit more than I'd want to spend on something like that.

Just look up Glenn's Wheel Polish here in Tampa - give them a call and tell them Travis with the 370z sent ya .. see what he can do for you!

The process took about 3 weeks however. It would have been 2 weeks, but I wanted my center caps replaced and color matched .. so that had to go back out.

I spoke to a chroming place in vancouver and they highly don't recomend doing this up here. Mainly due to the differeance in weather ie. winters....Not like I would drive the Z in winter but hate to have issues with it....but does it ever look good....Not sure how much research people have done on chroming but would like more information on the process and how it does it stand up over time...I know you mentioned the 5yr warrently which sounds great but I may have to ship the rim's a long ways to get the process done and just don't want the possible headache even if its warrently covered....

Right. This is a new chroming process that is not typical of the old school shiny chroming process you might be aware of now a days. That process "supposedly" was very bad for the environment and was really only done down in Mexico as the US place restrictions on that process. Apparently, this is a newer lighter process that is safer and I do indeed have a 5 year warranty against chips / cracks / scratches etc. It did add a little over a pound per wheel however .. but about a pound of rotating mass isn't all that bad for great looking wheel that does NOT compromise the strength of the wheel. When I spoke to Glenn, he mentioned that there was only like 2 or 3 companies in the U.S. that was currently doing the "new" black chroming process, and he was one of them.

Yeah I may have to wait till it becomes more common of a process, the shipping alone would cost me as much as the process

but it would be worth ever cent, they look sweet...

Graphics look well done, except for the hood. I admit venom is awesome but I would not want a themed car. The wheels are nice!!

Looking good, though I do wish you could have gone "messy" with the hood also. Otherwise, everything else blends quite nicely.

Thanks. Yes, we are still developing something else for the hood ...
