I've only had my 17 pw Z for a year and the amount of rock chips my car has received is insane! I don't ever get too close to the person in front of me.
But about the PW matching it all comes down to the shop you bring it to imo. My car got hit while I was in the movies and I had it repainted at a shop of my choosing. Turned out amazing. They didn't need to repaint the whole bumper. But I'm sure it was easier to match since it was a brand new car and I garage keep it. Before  After
