They are still going to pull down the heads I got from ElmoZ to do a 3 angle valve job which I wasn't expecting financially but it will be worth it for sure. I should find out today how far back that sets me time wise. I've pulled all the accessories off the motor and started pulling the timing covers but have decided to leave the timing covers on until the new motor arrives so nothing can go missing.
