How about some side dishes that don't have mayo or anything dairy in them? Potato salad and stuff like that sitting out in the sun always freaks me out with food poisoning.

Maybe some roasted potatoes or noodle pasta from wegmans? Put me down for side dishes for now

Depending on what Khoi brings, I can do either sodas or juices/water. Just let me know so we can get some good variety going.

I was considering offering to do roasted potatoes. Like you pointed out, they keep well.

only thing that sucks this year is that this place is like in no mans land for me. far from home and still a good bit ways away from my cousins place.
