Mazoc 2013 bbq - CANCELLED!

Well it's gonna be pretty silly if the guy in charge of the BBQ can't make it to the BBQ.

Shahid,

If you can't make it for the whole thing, can you at last come for some of it? If not, you'll be missed by the MAZOC crew, but I think we'll have it anyway. I plan on making it there with my chips and sun screen. I'll be bringing a cooler, ice and some extra chairs as well.

We need to figure this out asap. If u back out I think a lot of others will as well. I know I'm waiting till the last minute now to buy anything for the BBQ just in case. If it does have to be rescheduled that's fine but we'll need to make that call sooner rather than later so we can let everyone know.

You are really the only guy running the show so a lot rests on your shoulders.

Pretty much 100% this.

If it doesn't work out it doesn't work out. We all have busy lives.

If it does work out then I will be buying stuff Friday and will be down by noon.

I could potentially be there earlier but would need to know for sure who is going and who is not.

I could do next sat/sunday but the weekend leading up to labor day I'll be at a sales conference in Leesburg and won't be able to break away.
