Ah fun. The crappy SCT device has screwed us over while attempting to return the ST to stock so we could load the Cobb AP. Stock download failed and now the car does not start. Something is out of whack in the SCT device and now the car is immobilized.

Of course it's memorial day and SCT support is closed. I think I need them to write a new stock file and reflash the device for me. If that's not the issue then I suppose it has to get towed to Ford for a factory reflash.
