The road also has steep incline. While trying to negotiate the "mogul's" at a safe speed I had to consistently "let-on let-off the clutch". Next thing, a "thump" was heard from my car. Almost immediately the clutch went soft. I was eventually able to make it back to my garage some 15-20 minutes later.. Pedal sinks 2" or more before engaging. At the most I have only 1" to 1-1/2" of usable clutch pedal!!
HELP! has anyone experienced this type of clutch failure? Is it the CSC or the CMC? Is it a DIY fix??
