I know the Facebook event page has like 1.1k people going that's a lot of damn people. Doesn't answer your question though but I'd think at 10 you might want to be there with that many people.

even at 10am, you'll be stuck in traffic just trying to get in and park.. and do watch out for those college park/ university cops, they can be icky.

You definitely heard wrong lol. Last time it was at the College Park campus (4 years ago?), it was a massive wait to get in and that was around 10-1030 when I showed up.
