I didn't take pictures. I couldn't. Just looking at the car in that state, I couldn't bring myself to do it.

Also, the pole was almost entirely unharmed. It was scratched and splintered. And I didn't hit it on the side facing the road

so it doesn't surprise me that you haven't seen the damage.
