Just to be clear, I'm NOT buying anyone's hotel room. Any rooms above the commitments I get the monday prior to the show will be debooked.

Anyone who is sharing a room can work that cost out between themselves. If you commit to a room and do not show up, I will expect that you'll cover the cost.

I think it's like $60 per room at the crappy motel 6. Just pay when you get there but don't worry about it now. I'll take a final head count for rooms in May - although if you know you want one now, just let me know and I'll hold yours.

I'm goin. we stayed at a days inn by the ski resort saturday night and it was $79 and the room was really nice. had the best sheets ever i almost took them home with me lol

It would have been $40 per room but we/I didn't book early enough. They raise the rates for event weekends because what else is there to do in Carlisle?

It should be fun since the rooms are all adjacent. We can have a mini block party and I doubt anyone will care.
