I'll look into to there also. But I do enjoy camping & I liked Shenandoah River State Park. Fall is my second favorite season, perfect temps to go camping. Plus I want to try out my new NISMO Tent!

Nice thing about GoApe, one of the Dogfish Head restaurants is quite close to there. Could easily make a zipline/dinner night out of that, too...

I thought so. The only downside is, you DO get a little bit dirty while ziplining, particularly when you land in the wood chips. So Im not sure how we'd handle that, yet...

New to Manassas Va

Hey there,

I just moved to Manassas VA and bought a 2013 z. I saw that you guys used to meet in VA. I got lost somewhere in the hundreds of pages. Did you ever find another place to link up?

Thanks

Tom

I'm going to try to make it out Saturday. Got some family thing going on that I may be traveling back to Arkansas for the week. We will be leaving out Saturday or Sunday. And may even miss the dinner next week...:shakes head:

Good to see Jim and Anthony this morning! Beautiful day to be outside for sure! Had to leave early to get the truck in for its interval maintenance. I'll see those who can make it to the Gordon Biersch dinner on the 29th.

b1adesofcha0s 08-22-2015 12:40 PM

Sorry to miss the meet today. I managed to sleep through my alarm and just woke up now :|

Nice work. I'm hoping to get that PC 7424XP for my birthday. Going to try it all out on my truck first. It does need some help.

Offer to help is still open. We can do a test panel to see what kind of work it'll need for the whole thing.

http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/09...5abfe70548.jpg. Here's something else that is cool. It's a BioLite Stove. With just 4-5 charcoal brikets or a few twigs & pine cones, it will cook your meals and charge your phone or I-Pad devices! Perfect little stove & power source for Backpackers.

Do you have to be part of the MAZOC to go to the Z's and Coffee, been trying to join an club for some time now. It would be great to meet more people with the same passion around in the Mid-Atlantic.

The polisher did show up. Not sure I have the pads needed. I have yellow and blue pads from CCS. Thinking I will need some orange, white, and red pads as well for the truck. You mentioned using more of a liquid wax. And what kind of polishing compounds.

Yellow are the aggressive ones. You will certainly need some orange and white to do it properly.

I'll look when I get back to my hotel room and send specific links.
