Yes I feel perfectly capable of accomplishing this task on my own. I'd personally prefer to have an additional set of hands to help remove and replace the bumper to help prevent any possible damage to the bumper or the clips that hold the bumper on. I'm pretty sure that the bumper and the clips were not designed to be removed and replaced on a frequent basis, if even really ever, so I'd rather take care of my hardware accordingly. I'd like to keep the car for a long time and being meticulous with how I care for it will help in the long run.

I've done it twice on my own now and it's not a huge pain, just time consuming.

They seem fairly robust to me, to be honest. Just be careful if you do it in cold weather.

From my experience, it's not hard to do by yourself but still faster with 2 people who know what they're doing. You're not gonna save a huge amount of time with 2 people vs 1, but still a bit faster.

those bumper clips love to break, they're dirt cheap too so I always have bag fulls of replacement, for my subie at least

I started wearing eye protection when removing the clips.. when I try to pop the inner piece out, it always breaks and becomes a rather dangerous projectile lol
