Not my car. I agree with the "Go Tigers!" statement though. Started my college career there before I went into the military. A LOT before your time though. I was there in '86.

More fun from GTM. The bolt & bracket that hold the factory oil cooler on have to be swapped out and although GTM was well aware of this before the build started, they didn't provide it (literally, just a freaking bolt). When the shop called to ask them about it, they basically said "here's the nissan part you want, good luck".

The shop is mad at GTM. I'm unhappy but what can you do right? Can't even start running oil lines until we have this bolt so...

tl;dr: New estimated completion date: Fri 8/2 or Sat 8/3. All for a $9.00 bolt and I may be out for Fairfax this Saturday as well depending on how quickly the part shows up.

It was good to see those who were in Fairfax today for the meet. Whitney, Randy and Michelle, Chris, New guy Morroco in his Pearl White 370Z, Susan and Tony...yep Tony in his new MUSTANG! Todai was great, as always too!

Sorry I couldn't make it. I was with Jay and Dana while they got dyno baselines at Moore Automotive. Also saw Mark's Nismo in the corner waiting for the bolt from Nissan to arrive.

The bolt came in yesterday. They need the tune file from GTM and need to finish the gauges and oil lines.

Hi everyone. I just got a 370z. New to the forum . From md

Congrats and welcome. Hopefully you can make a meet soon, next week is Columbia and we alternate with a Fairfax location every other week. We also have our yearly BBQ coming up, check the thread in this section.

This is a helpful group! I know I have enjoyed meeting these folks and going to ZDAYZ with some of them. That is another thing that you should ask us about! It's a blast.
