Hey guys so I put my stock exhaust back on after selling my ark to Paul. While doing that I decided to make my own aam type short tails. Honestly I'm surprised with the build its literally 20-30% louder now. I'll post a video soon.

And DM it was quited with the mufflers on the stock exhaust. We chopped the stock exhaust and mad short tails.

And guess what? It cost under $50 haha. Best exhaust mod ever. I also took a video today running open headers. Revving to 3k RPMs literally was shaking my friends entire place. Becauseracecar haha

Yes this will be a good cheap mod for new Z owners I feel.

Well the exhaust part is easy just time consuming. I watched Pat weld band make pie cuts for like 2-3 hours but this was also a first attempt with no prior planning or sketches.

But basically if anyone wants this if you have your stock mufflers we can do them for really good prices. I have to look into what the S2K can do though. I'm also considering making a drop in x pipe replacement for the stock exhaust. Not sure yet.

Lol, I'm down for that. Just don't ask me to weld. It is definatly not my strong point. My welds usually need to be ground down. I just don't weld enough to get the precision of it down...

Not hating on that that's for sure. This certainly wasn't the prettiest job and didn't take our time with it. but it will hold and not have issues. I only need it for a month or so anyways so Im not concerned with mine.

As long as its a strong weld I wouldn't worry to much about how pretty it is being that it is only temporary.:tup: iv seen a lot of people's welds and not to many look perfect. Especially if they don't weld every day. Plus for how fast u got it done I wouldn't expect it to look like a machine welded it.

P.S. damn exhaust is rattling on the crossmember. Gotta do an adjustment this weekend... I need to sell my house soon so I can buy one with a garage big enough for a lift!!!!!!
