OK, so it seems like the film DOES leave behind a little bit of residue (nothing like painter's tape does) so I think I'm not going to go crazy with

OK, so it seems like the film DOES leave behind a little bit of residue (nothing like painter's tape does) so I think I'm not going to go crazy with it. I am going to be careful putting it on the bumper and leading edge of the hood to protect against even more rock chips (my hood and front bumper look pretty bad ) but I'm not going to wrap the whole car (sorry lance).

The funny thing is I probably won't rewrap the car before the drive back up. I'll be too tired. haha

Does the residue wash off easily? Does painters tape even leave more residue? I don't want to create a worse problem trying to solve a problem.

ACTUALLY, if you stand in front of the car -- about 20~30 feet (upwind) -- and spray high grade unicorn blood in front of the car, it will create a protective barrier around the Z that lasts for 5 days straight........
