Its because alberta is the only province to privatize their driving instructors. So you get all these people not only new to alberta but new to canada getting their uncles

Its because alberta is the only province to privatize their driving instructors. So you get all these people not only new to alberta but new to canada getting their uncles friends cousin to pass them without taking any real driving test at all. Its complete BS.
