So I'm staying at the Encore for my Vegas adventure. Very nice hotel I must say...I mean the drapes ARE operated via remote control. But I was a bit irked when they told me they hold $150 PER NIGHT on your card in addition to your room fee for additional miscellaneous expenses. WHAT? I'm like Jed Clampit with this stuff.

Just looking at the mini-bar will set you back $150

Anything that is removed for more than 60 seconds, consider you just bought it. If you rearrange things in the mini bar/food/fridge it's a $25 fee.
