Thats weird I have my K&N filters for 2 years now but no issues with it. Considering your car is 2013 model should not have such problems yet.
Update us what causes your Z to do that. Definitely not the K&N, I was thinking your MAF sensor must not be working well.

Do you have to oil those filters? Maybe give the MAFs a good cleaning? Hope it's something simple!

Yeah i was thinking those K&N should take 50k miles before you oil and clean them.

I clean mine every 12 to 15k miles... why not? Its good for the car.

Suck that you're having problems with your Z. Good call putting the factory filters back in, I'm interested to hear what the dealership has to say now.

Thanks for the mental support guys i really appreciated im still waiting for the dealer call to see what is the new story behind this problem.... maybe they are going to tell me now that the problem is the HPS Post Maf Tubes but trust me if i remove the post maf tubes and the problem comes again im going to buy $5.00 on gas and a box of matches and im going to start a fire on the dealer with my car there

I still think a good MAF cleaning then ecu reset will help. Don't start thinking like the way I do about my beater DD! I just sunk the last $400 into it, no more. If something else starts to go out, the bastard is getting dual stage 300 hit of naaawwwwwwzzzzz till something explodes
