Thanks for the well wishes y'all. I'm probably going to see a doc if it doesn't feel better by the end of the week to make sure it's not more serious. I'm hoping that some continual stretching will help it heal quickly. It is definitely improving already

It was either playing football or football lol (one of them is soccer). Just tweaked it when I made a move for the ball playing goalie. I made a diving catch playing football earlier but it wasn't the same injury I don't think. I didn't properly warm up before either activity, of course
