A fax is something that no one uses any more... except Samsung apparently. They need me to fax the instructions that came with my dishwasher that say I need to two installation brackets. You mean tech support and customer service don't have access to the installation documentation that you provide with your products?!?!

GE, Whirlpool, and LG were the dishwasher brands I was told to stay away from...

The Samsung dishwasher works great... it's just their stupid support that won't send me the brackets to anchor the damn thing so it doesn't tip forward every time we open it.

really... dang, GE and whirlpool have been pretty decent to me.

the problem is i just dont like some brands from the getgo so rather just
not get it so i dont go around telling the wife 'see, i told you so!' and make
her feel bad later.

really?! You can't fabricate something for that? L brackets come in all sorts of sizes and gauges.
