I have gone through 2 XBOX's. one was a a RROD and the other kept giving me one red light even when they repaired it so they replaced it. all

I have gone through 2 XBOX's. one was a a RROD and the other kept giving me one red light even when they repaired it so they replaced it. all mine sit vertical. I know what you dont want to do it is move while it is reading a disc or spinning once because apparently that will mess it up some how according to Microsoft. My cuurent one has already given me problems I hate microsoft
