Dog - it wasn't really gross, in fact the meat was ok, but really fatty. But I had a really hard time eating it being a dog lover. but I didn't want to insult my new in-laws
 One meal was a combination stew of pig brains, stomach, intestines, heart, tongue and snout. All items were also served individually. The intestines were the worst for me. SO HARD to chew. But really it was all quite bad. I had a lot of rice that meal. Also fried chicken feet. not too bad but not much to chew on but bone and tendon. |
