I ate gator at z nationals this year which is something I never though I would do and it was freaking amazing. I was told by a Cajun that what I had was the tail. I'm from the mid-atlantic region so it was crazy to me. I'm sure you guys from the south thinks this is funny but I never thought I would eat gator
