Snake is good. Fried rattlesnake is fantastic. There's a place around here that makes python chili and its great. I draw the line at bugs.

WTH are those! they look like some juiced up bed bugs. How was it? I hope you didn't get sick. I would imagine it's difficult to turn down such an offer from your business clients lol

I don't know what they're called. Basically waterborne cockroaches (atleast that's what the person kept calling them).

i didnt know wat they were but ate them as a kid. considering crabs and shrimp are
insects of the sea, not sure wat the big deal is eating bugs.

Parmesan Cheese... to me it smells really bad... if you closed your eyes and did not know what you are smelling... you may think it's vomit or smelly feet!

Same restaurant, this is how they prepared the snake!

It actually tasted more like pork to me than chicken. I really liked the consistency; there's a certain tension to the meat.

They also made a stir fried snake skin vegetable dish but I didn't take a picture of that.
