Well, the best that I can afford.
They had a demo stand at the big sportsman's show that happens here every year. Well, actually it didn't happen here last year since most of the vendors pulled out after being restricted on what kinds of firearms they could sell, but that's another story.
Anyway, I was blown away by the knives in every way. The $150 deal I got on an 8" chef and 5" santoku was too good to pass up.
I was hoping to get some more. I hope the show comes back this year.

I want to hold one and see how it's weight feels in the hand. The Henkels I just bought feel very nice. Esp. the 8" Chef's. It has a nice bolster on it, but not nearly as the ones on the Hammer.

That is a smoking deal! My Wusthof Classic Extra Wide Chef's Knife, 8-inch, was more than that and I only got one knife.
