It's almost lunch time for me.

I'm starving, but anything I think of to eat makes me feel sick to my stomach, except fruit.

And fruit isn't going to give my body any energy.

Guess I'll have to force food down.

Aaaand, now that I'm back to my day shift I thought I could post again. Nooope. Actual work to be done. This is not normal.

Me too, I'm not sure what it is. I don't actually feel sick, only when I think of eating - like I'm too hungry to eat.

I think it's just shock going from early morning shift to night shift, then right back to the early morning shift.

Lack of sleep, irregular eating schedule... bleh.

Yeah dude, I had to go through the same thing, its kinda like you feel just anxious and kinda shakey.. give it some time.. if you have to, get some nyquil and take it a night during regular sleep hours, that worked for me. It sped up the process of getting back on "normal" time.

I know what you are saying... when I lived out there I was hungry as crap but never wanted to actually eat lol

yes. Your body is rebelling. Sleep will make it better. I went from days to nights back to days in a three week period once-ugh. Sick for a couple of days. Hang over like sick.

Except, I've never had a hangover (because I don't drink), so I was only assuming based on others descriptions of hangovers.
