Coming back from lunch, there was a DPS trooper on the right shoulder pulling someone over. Law says you have to slow down to 20 under or move to the left. Well guy in the left refuses to slow down and let me over, I dropped down to 40mph. Once I pass the trooper, I get back up to speed and pass the guy on the right side. He ends up going down the same exit and Uturn that I do, so I inch it at 20mph.
