when i visit japan, all this fish is great the first couple of days... then im craving for good ol' american burger and dogs...which they dont have.

so i go to a tonkatsu place.

Hrm... the jury is out on that tonkatsu. It looks kind of good.

Is it sweet and/or salty like most other Asian foods (at least to me, which is why I don't eat Asian food)?

not sweet or salty. it's pork cutlet and you put a special tonkatu sauce on it which is kinda sweetish flavor but not sweet.

honestly "asian food" is too general. cause i dont eat thai food or vietnamese.
