I decided to drive the Z to work today instead of the wife's Sentra, a few days after I waxed it. The weather was just a perfect summer day at the beach--hot, breezy, and sunny. After less than 5 minutes of driving, it rained. Hard. Motherfu**er.

I've always done suspension, wheels (or spacers if I like the OEM ones), then exhaust. Intake and other stuff just kinda happen afterwards. |
Ooops, sorry...............
Good Morning All! :tiphat: |

I already got Swifts but that 1 finger gap from the photos upset me. And I am already rolling on 20's so If I get coils that would get rid of that for good. But I want a little more pur to her that the Agency ain't giving.

So much to get done today. Given the beautiful weather, I'm predicting that indoor tasks are going to be a fail.
I don't even plan on reading my whole subbed threads list on here! |
Happy Thursday everyone (except Mu)! :hello:
Ms. BC - don't let that $hit rattle you. Next time they go to the bathroom, follow them stealthily into the bathroom and then start loudly complaining about the stench and ask for a courtesy flush :icon17: Gurney - congrats on the 2K post milestone  |
Super annoyed that there was no Wi-Fi on the plane from YYZ to YYT or from YYT to EWR.
Was really looking forward to raping you guys from 30,000 feet. |

Yesterday I did this with my Z:
I was holding 3rd at about 5K around my favourite on-ramp when I spied a GTI ahead of me. I increased my speed a little to catch up to him as I rounded the 270° decreasing radius corner. As I neared the end of the ramp, I felt the car bobble a little... which I chalked up to me left foot braking in flip flops, but it wasn't. It was a foreshadowing of what was about to happen. As I exited the ramp side-by-side with the GTI, I put my foot down and grabbed 4th. Then there was nothing. Suddenly I realised I had sloshed what was left of my 1/4 tank of gas far, far away from the fuel pickup and I was suddenly left looking very foolish when the kid in the GTI looked over at me with a puzzled look on his face as I put the clutch in and coasted to the shoulder. The car started back up a few seconds later, and of course my trip meter told me I needed to get gas. Over the next few minutes of driving, I watched the LEDs in the fuel gauge light up as if I was spontaneously growing gasoline in my tank. Act like a tool, made to look like a fool. I had to laugh at myself. |
