My air conditioner, humming properly outside, and wondering, as a somewhat new home-owner, what the ramifications will be when it doesn't. Will the home warranty cover anything meaningful? Will it happen on a 100*F day? What will my situation be when it does?

Probably not. But it depends on your policy.

According to my HVAC guy, the first few weeks of cooling season (units have sat all Winter) and during heat waves (greater strain on unit) are when the most problems occur.

Replace your filters regularly (about once a month for most people) and get everything checked out at 2-3 year intervals.

Click on Go advanced under the quick message box, then you will see the tags across the top of the message box. Click on the youtube tag. Once the tags are inserted you can then just put the video ID from youtube between the tags. The video ID is the alpha numberic characters after the = sign in the link. For the video you posted the ID is nHcOi4ilSaU.

The result will be:

When you are pasting the link into between the two youtube "tags" make sure you copy anything after the "=" sign in the URL bar in between the two tags.
