No, I mean them giving people the boot who dont pull their weight. Which is as it should be.

2+ DUI=out
20 yr POS=out

No more bonuses for most people, and everyone is trying to stay in with unemployment poised to get even worse. Theres not a lot of money so training is lacking as seen by repeated groundings and collisions recently, as well as lack of maintenance funds for fleet units. It always gets really tight at the end of the FY but its getting pretty bad where we have to go buy our own materials.
