Meh... if it happens, it happens. I have to have the car tomorrow and after work today is the only opportunity to pick it up.
I know, just keep your wits about you.

hey haboob didnt want to post at digi's thread cause it's already bad enough his car's all banged up.

but yah, this is when dd's come in real handy. while i would be saddened to see my fit all banged up, honestly, i dont really care. i would get it fixed or just buy another one, or another dd.

but not the same if this happened to my Z. and thus, i dont pull her out when i dont have to. kinda hard to do that when one's Z is their dd.

Definitely.

Maybe one of these days I'll be able to get me a DD. It's just a bit tougher (maybe just for me) to rely on a cheap, used vehicle to be reliable in the Summer heat out here sitting on the freeways.

I'm perfectly content sleeping in my car in the garage at work if I have to wait out a hail storm.

I was thinking more like < $5k, which is still a hefty price considering I'm doing my buddy a favor and charging him really, really low rent. Not that normal rent would allow me to get that, but it would help.

Hi Zman! I haven't been outside since 6 am. May be humid here too. I had a hard time keeping the windshield clear this a.m. due to my AC and the outside ambient tmeps..

yah, originally i was going to buy the GT-R back in 2009. but since i didn't (the AT part i just could not get past), and got my 370Z instead, i still have a lot of car budget left. but that doesnt mean im going to start buying everything that comes to mind.

sounds good. your 40th wheels are so you might be happy just driving around with them with the spacers.
