My goal is to reach 130ish. I've been working on that for a year and a half.

Well, longer, but I only really decided on it a year and a half ago.

I just don't want it to be fat, I need to start working out a little too, to even it out.

My main problem..well, it's not really a problem to be honest, is I have really thick quad and calf muscles from all those years spent skateboarding. I was in sick physical shape. So, when I'm in the gym and do leg presses..I have to stack both sides with a full complement of 45’s. I was just shy of having someone sit on the top of the sled as I pressed. I LOVE working my quads!

See, back in elementary school I would always ride a bike and such. Did that throughout my childhood, along with roller hockey (out in the streets, duh. Hardcore ****), and baseball.

I don't recall it doing anything.

However, I did have knee surgery twice on my left leg. I'm already skinny, but it was super skinny after those two surgeries. My right leg has knee problems too that I won't get into, but building muscle is very difficult there.

I was surprised though how strong my left leg is after two rehab stints. If only I could have done some work with the right leg too... though, I don't want to have to get surgery (I may though).

130?! How tall are you man? I haven't weighed that since like 4th or 5th grade. All through my early adulthood (up til 25) I was ~175-185. Wish I was there now.

Depending on where I go I'm anywhere from 5'6" to 5'8" (doctors office), so I go with 5'8".

I'm skinny, yes. Best I've done is 125, but I can lose that so quickly. In less than a month with just playing softball on Wednesdays, no other exercise, I went from that 125 to 118. Didn't change my eating habits or anything.

I have a very high metabolism, but have also spent most of my working life under a lot of stress which made me not eat often. I still only eat twice a day, sometimes less.

I can even supplement a meal with a few pieces of bread or crackers and some water.

you can be a marathon runner. no worries on the weight. just keep yourself healthy. like i said, i wish i was born looking like paul newman myself.

with my black hair and all, i deviated from my intended path at birth.
