Though, it does get old after a while when people always bring it up - my friends Dad, rarely see him anymore, but he showed up to a few events we were having (baby showers, birthdays, etc.) and instead of "Hey, how's it going?" or something like that it's, "Kevin, when are you going to gain some weight?" 
I just pretend I don't hear it anymore, from anyone.  |

yeh, just keep yourself healthy, and that's all that it matters at the end.
