the huge irony is my pops is an avid golfer. he is very good at the game. like father unlike son. :ugh:

same goes for my kid... im checking out a GTR out the driver side window and i hear my son "wooo~~!" -ing the back only to find him checking out some dump truck on the other side of the car. :facepalm:

I bet I could be chiseled if I worked out and put on some muscle, since my body fat is so low.

Turned me off of doing the gym thing.

Yeah, I realize that now! :bowrofl: You'd figure a personal trainer whom you told, "I've never worked out before." would realize that too. :rolleyes:

My main problem..well, it's not really a problem to be honest, is I have really thick quad and calf muscles from all those years spent skateboarding. I was in sick physical shape. So, when I'm in the gym and do leg presses..I have to stack both sides with a full complement of 45’s. I was just shy of having someone sit on the top of the sled as I pressed. I walked A LOT when I was like 8 years old... to the bus stop, from the bus stop.. anywhere I wanted to go, I hoofed it.. plus wrestling..

i wonder how much more calories i'd burn vs riding around my bike with my kids. probably a lot more right? need to rid belly fat completely.
