:icon17: My goal is to reach 130ish. I've been working on that for a year and a half.

Well, longer, but I only really decided on it a year and a half ago.

I just don't want it to be fat, I need to start working out a little too, to even it out.

I am 220ish now... so I have some work to do.. but I will be pretty toned too :)

130?! :icon14: How tall are you man? I haven't weighed that since like 4th or 5th grade. :ugh2: All through my early adulthood (up til 25) I was ~175-185. Wish I was there now. :ugh2:

Depending on where I go I'm anywhere from 5'6" to 5'8" (doctors office), so I go with 5'8".

I'm skinny, yes. Best I've done is 125, but I can lose that so quickly. In less than a month with just playing softball on Wednesdays, no other exercise, I went from that 125 to 118. Didn't change my eating habits or anything.


I have a very high metabolism, but have also spent most of my working life under a lot of stress which made me not eat often. I still only eat twice a day, sometimes less. :ugh2:

I can even supplement a meal with a few pieces of bread or crackers and some water. :eek: :rofl2:
