naw. on my dd i just replace it every 6-7months.

that's the recommeneded replacement cycle anyway.

since my Z is garaged most of her life in a dry and ideal environment, the rubber does not rot or disintegrate. the refills probably work fine, but im just going to replace them since they are 4yrs old and i have a pair in my parts bin.

my breakfast is waffles, plain yogurt with banana, and coffee. then i chow down on some granola mid-morning to get more vitamins and minerals.

i have too much protein in my diet anyway so i stay away from eggs and meats in the morning hours even though i wouldn't mind eggs in the am.

Eggs and bacon sound DELICIOUS right now. With some hashbrowns and WHITE (not that wheat crap) toast.
