I'm glad to see they may stay in business. I hate hearing of special market radio stations going under. There was an alternative rock (& I mean "alternative" as an alternative to stuff on the radio, not Nickelback) I liked back home in New Orleans that had to go mass market & started playing more mainstream music, but eventually, they were sold to Clear Channel & are now a country station.

Bugh.

This CRAP took over 87.7 on radio in our NYC area

I know I can't believe it!! I went home for Thanksgiving break and all my other friends who also listen to pulse said it changed to "party FM" or some ****. I turned it on and it's DEFINITELY not even CLOSE to pulse!! It's a sad sad day for radio...

On a side not however, I'm thinking about subscribing for XM or some satellite radio. I heard they have some bangin' techno stations
