Haha yea we only hung out twice and she bailed several times afterward. Not sure why she keeps planning and bailing and apologizing so much. She mentioned Friday that we should have dinner this week. I didn't answer. Just told her whenever she is not so busy and cut the conversation short. That's it... I'll leave her alone from there so I can find more productive things to do.

That is pretty annoying.

Either, (1) she's somewhat interested but there's someone else in the background, so it's "complicated" and she's flirting but not (for now) budging, or (2) she's just too timid to flatly say "not interested in anything, so we have no reason to stay in touch".

The first option s distracting and frustrating; the second is disappointing and depressing... both suck
