Let's set it up with some rules, and this will be similar to the "Which do you prefer" thread.
One person posts one poster they like, in motivation/demotivation fashion. Try not to have repeats, so different ones. Everyone can appreciate a good original creation, so make your own! It has to be kinda funny. No seriously off color crap like domestic violence. I guess we can count LOLCATs too. If they have a black border and a smart comment.
