It happens no matter what computer and what browser I am using. Its something on their end I'm sure. its always 1:30 pm the day prior, unless I logged on

Its something on their end I'm sure. its always 1:30 pm the day prior, unless I logged on after 1:30, then its the correct time until the next 1:30 pm, to which it resets itself.
