Hey thanks man.

Yeah, we weren't able to get the new circuit up that was intended for our primary WAN connection. Ended up reverting back to the old circuit.

It was actually one of two new ones. We brought up a new secondary WAN circuit this morning. All good.

So this evening we transferred all of our data to traverse the new secondary circuit while we worked on the new primary. All good.

Attempted to bring up the new primary circuit... Fail..

All in a day's work. Hospitals pay big money to keep their systems online.

Yup, it's gonna be in the hands of AT&T. It's not our equipment that's at fault. No worries. We still have redundant circuits.
