yep, jokes aside, amazon's canned robotic customer service is great too. they've helped me out so many times on stuff that arrived broken or missing.like the dvd that arrived cracked. not only did they refund via store credit, they sent me a replacement free of charge. so i ended up getting another dvd. that did take care of my annoyance and heck, ordered more stuff the other day for my garage. (tools, wire taps and all).
