Apologies for the other family members that I didn't mention. Blame it on my third consecutive 16 hour day. After this weekend, things will get back to the sick, normal routine that is my life.

On a brighter note, I will be getting my rims back on Friday. Pictures to follow.

Pulling for the Ravens, Texans (futile, I know), Packers, and Niners this weekend.

So I went to watch "The Hobbit" tonight....

2hrs 45mins..... I expected something close to Lords of the Ring if not the same....

But it's friggin' boring.....

Similar scenes repeated again, again and again....

Basically the whole movie is about how they fight against some giant monster, and some scenes are just unnecessary but just to take some to make it 2hrs45mins...

And.... there's part 2.....

When the movie was finished.... the guy sit next to us and the girl behind us were "what the fxxk...?", "Oh.. come on... I am not happy....."

If you haven't seen it.... don't bother to watch it.... it's long and boring and not attractive at all.... the special effect is not even close to Lords of the Ring....

really? I personally haven't seen it but my brothers have and some friends also have, all say its "flippin amazing! definitely worth watching!"

guess its all in what you like?

I rather re-watch Lords of the Rings, SF is much better and the story is much exciting, at least the whole 2 1/2 hours in Lords of the Rings is filled with different actions and storylines....

But The Hobbit is the same fighting scenes against the giants.

And... lots of talking.. but boring talks....

The preview shows Tom Cruise is having another new movie coming out, and it's a Sci-Fi.. seems pretty interesting, not a Tom Cruise but the story seems ok.

figured there'd be a lot of fighting since it involves magic, and sorts so yea... I think the others are a little more exciting, possibily because , the others are trying to destroy the dang thing lol this is how it all started , but im only guessing here

It has lots of fighting, but only a few involved magic... and the two times that involved magic were basically using the same trick...
