The next time I'm in Central Florida (mr. happy take note), I'm treating at Cracker Barrel at I-95 and SR 50, and then we are touring the Kennedy Space Center. I'll be there in mid-April. :tiphat:

Don't get me wrong, I love my nicer restaurants, but sometimes you just gotta get cheap and dirty. Like Waffle House dirty.

Oh man, I dunno. Waffle House may serve good breakfast stuff, but it's the scourge of breakfast-slinging establishments. :ugh2:

2yrs ago my wife severely hurt her back and she could not get out of bed for days. that's when mr.gurney taught us about the exercise. wife slowly but gradually gained movement. :) she's been doing well since.

every morning i do the exercise followed by other warm up exercises. :D

 gettign up even earlier (Like 4 am earlier :icon14:) back feeling better but not as much as I would expect...maybe I should go see chiropractor on Friday (my day off)...ugh.

Look 6MT!! A place colder than where you live!!:icon14:
"Let's learn all about Oymyakon, Russia, the world's coldest permanently inhabited settlement! In January, with average temperatures of -58 degrees Fahrenheit, the 500 residents have to worry about glasses freezing to their faces, and the ink in their pens freezing. Have they ever considered a move to Siberia? I hear it's warmer there...."

Funny thing is, I don't find Waffle House all that cheap for what it is. Breakfast for two always ends up being around $20.
I can go to a greasy spoon diner and get a way better breakfast (or fourthmeal) for more like $12.
It's not the $8... It's the poor ROI of the Waffle House experience LOL!

Mornin' Ms. BC :hello:

After nearly 20 years of back problems dating back before high school, the one thing I can tell you about back exercises from my experience, is that they never seem to help in a quick-fix manner. I have to do them regularly to notice any benefits, but after a week or so, my pain level is down significantly on a daily basis :tiphat:
